Day 3

Picture day!  Today we were finally able to have the photographer come in and take your newborn photos.  Your daddy and I had a little outfit all picked out for you.  It was white and purple and had little owls on it.  It matched your owl blanket.  You looked so cute in your first outfit.  It took a bit to get it on.  You were so fragile!  Luckily the outfit we had brought was a button down so we did not have to put anything over the head.  That made things a bit easier.  

The photographer did a very nice job getting you into different positions and making sure that you were okay.  She took all of the photos on my bed with the white sheets and your owl blankie.  You were so tiny, your little head fit right into your daddy's hands.  

Later, we had a few more visitors.  Nate and Falon came by and brought you a teddy bear.  Aunt Jen and Grandma Kendall stopped in for a bit before heading off to Grandma Kendall's birthday party (surprise!).  Grandpa Wall stopped by after a Sunday School party.  

All in all it was a pretty good day.  We were so ready for Sunday, we get to go home!!
