18 Months!

Holy cow you are 18 months old!  We can't believe how big you are getting...please slow down a bit.  You are such a sweetheart.  You laugh and love to play games with us.  You love to run and be outside playing.  You have a funny sense of humor and can make us laugh all the time.

You have become quite the talker.  You have a long list of words and I keep adding to it everyday.

Now that you know who we are you like to go around and point and say our names.  You start with, "Mama, Dada, Izis, Elf" (your lovey) and REPEAT many times.  You especially like to do this at bedtime when your daddy is reading to you.

Your schedule (hasn't changed much):

7:00 AM - Wake Up and Breakfast
10:00 AM - Snack then Quiet Time
11:00 AM - Playtime
12:00 PM - Lunch then Playtime
2:00 - 5:00 PM - Nap
5:00 PM - Snack/Playtime
6:30 PM - Dinner with Mom and Dad then Playtime
7:30 PM - Bath
8:00 PM - Milk, Story, Bed

You are a pretty good eater (when you want to be).  You will eat just about anything that we eat.  It has made planning dinners much easier! 

You are quite the avid reader.  You could look at books all day.  You especially love your Bible.  It was my Children's Bible when I was little.  Daddy reads you a story from it every evening.  Unfortunately we have had to put it up until we can get you your own.  You accidentally ripped one of the pages out.  You will have your own soon so you can start looking at all the pictures again.  

You are starting to pick out people in pictures.  I am going to start working on a photo album for you so you can look through it and see all the people that love you!

You are starting to get the hang of coloring and you like finger painting too.  You really like your play-doh.  But only for us to take the tops off and then you like to put them back on.  You play with it a little, but just enjoy putting the tops back on.  You are trying to figure out how to take the play-doh out of the container.  You see us hit the container on our palms and squeeze it so it gets loose, so you have started to do the same.  

You are just too smart baby girl!  You pick up on things really quickly.  It amazes me every day.
